Valid point, but I think there's a lot of information on each of the nominees, perhaps we can persuade them to answer your "what will we do for MACCAWS" question in addition to the obvious fact that they are prepared to spend their free time on organising and co-ordinating the group effort. I think they would probably all accept that they might not be perfect for the role. My point, which may have not been expressed clearly, is that in the absence of any other volunteers or nominations and the need to move forward should we set up the committee with what we have or continue to wait? How would you respond to this question, (preferably not perversely)? Thanks Tony
