[MACCAWS] Legal Issues: I have a soure, we must generate a list

Hi all,

I've got a source for legal questions. He agreed that we could submit
a list for him and he would do his best to give us answers. He is
part of a general law practice. 

Maybe the best way is to come up with a page on the WIKI and add to
it until we are ready to send it. I'd like to get it to him in a day
or two at most to at least get started. He has looked at the site.

I can't start a wiki from work - so if somebody could for the legal
issues...
