I'm with Chris on this one. I think we should save this for phase two,
and concentrate first on convincing our audience that serving documents
that conform to a standardized DTD is doable. And, if the presentational
markup is legal under the specified doctype, then it is, by definition,
valid. Period.

Determining a document's validity is pretty much a boolean matter,
whereas issues regarding the separation of style and content have many,
many shades of gray[0]. I'm sure we've all seen enough discussions
regarding the viability of pure CSS layouts to realize what a daunting
task we'd be looking at if we were to start evangelizing on that issue
right out of the gate. 

[0] BTW, have we determined which version of English we're using?
