Is this true?  I thought it was generally an odd half-way thing called
"International English".

Point is, I guess, there will need to be documents originating from many
different source languages and translated into many different target
languages.  All dialects of English are probably equally valid as any other
language, as people will write best in their own native language.

Whatever happened to... .gb?  (Rhetorical.)

Anyway, yes, this is probably a localisation issue, but then will all these
people whose expansionist US software company browsers have set themselves
up with "en_US" as first default locale even notice it?  Why not redress the
balance a little and serve en_GB to en*?  ;-)
