I suspect some of them will remember them as that thing that cost them a lot
of money to make their Netscape-specific sites work with IE as well, or what
makes them get complaints about their IE-only sites.  Need to be very
careful how you play talk about "supporting different browsers", as the
immediate snap-back is "why should we do that?  what are the numbers?" IME.
I think it's much better to talk about interoperability and such things that
seems to give "suits" an exceptional feeling of well-being without having to
feed pigeons in the park.
