If not, we'll find someone else who's worked on it to share some of their insights. I think, on a related note, that we might want to consider doing some costs analysis for web development projects. I'd like to see some imperical evidence substantiating why standards make sense, say for example from the perspective of decreased development time. Has any one ever seen any research like this? If not, what do folks think we need to get together to conduct such research? I think this may the single most effective thing our group could deliver to a business user: "Yes, it costs you that much more NOT to develop with standards." That'll hit home harder than any other argument. Jonathan
