Thats one part of the XHTML1.1 standard I am prepred to ignore, I dont thing
there are going to be any real world issure relating to it being delivered
as text/html. It will either be displayed as HTML (not a bad thing) or the
user agent will be standards aware enough to recogine it from the doctype
and do whatever it would do differently (if anything)
