Oh that's not what I meant at all Steph.  I think we should be focused on
producing something, anything, before we run around and ask a lot of people
for their help.  It didn't mean to say that inviting them to join us was a
bad idea, or that they shouldn't be included soon.  Only that until we
produce something, I think it's all just talk.

Let's make something, and then once we've defined *our* overall direction
let's find out how other folks in web standards can be asked to interact
with us.  It's not an ego thing at all.  In fact, I'm actually thinking that
getting too many people involved too quickly may dampen our ability to be
effective as a working group...
