That's exactly what we are still working on determining. Essentially the kit is pieces of education. But not educating developers how to code - thats not our mission. We may do some things along those lines that don't take much time (like a links directory to resources), but thats not the kit. The kit is business cases, proof-of-concepts, hard data on the reasons why standards makes good, business commercial sense. Why it hits the bottom line. That's why the Lycos case is excellent.
