Again, this is part of the gray area. Clients want SOME eye candy.
I'm NOT saying its not achieveable with standards code...but there
are issues, and its still new.

Where are the real impressive sites that use CSS? I see some nice 3
layout sites. But where are the TRULY impressive CSS sites...I
seriously would like to see them.
