[MACCAWS] Lycos Europe sites

The Lycos sites at <http://www.lycos.co.uk/>, <http://www.lycos.it/> and
<http://www.lycos.fr/> have now moved to CSS-based layouts.

Sadly, none of them fully validate. The original template did, but as Thor said
they aren't taking a religious attitude to standards.

They either totally lock NS4 out (which I disagree with), or feed it a text-only
version (a much better option). Lycos.es and Lycos.de still use a table-based
layout, due to heavy NS4 usage there.
