RE: [MACCAWS] Lycos Europe sites

I ran into this when I was checking the site out in opera/moz/ns/ie..
I'm amazed that the upper management could have ever approved something
like that. They must have an EXCEPTIONALLY small NS userbase.. (or the
decision-makers for the site just didn't know/care.)

Either way, definitely one of the more attractive CSS only sites I've
seen, but as it's been pointed out we won't really be able to use this
as a resource as it's not exactly entirely standards compliant.

Thoughts?
