I believe so.

And, just to say, I think "non-personal" is a better description -
charities should be able to be listed, for instance.

It may encourages sites to become compliant (and to keep compliant, if
they clearly get flagged as invalid on the site). Another quick idea
I've had that may be totally mad (and probably is), is allowing sites
sites to add a "random valid site" box, to show they support it.

OK, maybe sites that *attempt* to use W3C technologies like HTML,
XHTML and CSS for layout should be listed, just not get a "this site
currently validates" award.

Anyway, I'll probably be back in 5 minutes with some more mad ideas
that'll take ages to implement :)
