we've got to be pretty tough or people won't associate our recommendations 
with actual standards.

I (obviously!) like my idea of the compliant sites table with 'almost there' 
mentions for the more recognisable sights.

If it means the main section of our our table is empty of big names for the 
first year (or more) then so be it.
