Paste-o in spec?

Hi,

>From "3.11 Legal State Configurations and Specifications":

"In a conformant SCXML document, there is an additional requirement on the
value of the 'initial' attribute of a <state> and on the 'target' of a
<transition> inside an <initial> element: or <history> pseudo-state; all
the states must be descendants of the containing <state> or <parallel>
element."

I'm not a native speaker, but is perhaps the ':' a left-over from a
previous version where the "or <history> pseudo-state" was not present? I
think it should maybe be removed?

Maybe also re-word it as "inside an <initial> or <history> element"?
