I keep telling myself that this insanity is what keeps the world's 
economy running. All of the added tech support. LOL!

I must admit that Outlook 2016 seems to be the best version in over a 
decade. My IMAP accounts are all actually using Trash! We set up an 
account for the better half last night and it was nothing more than 
entering the email address which is the username and the password and it 
got it all right! But I'm going to blame Jamie for that with his great 
autoconfig scripts. :) I'm still using Thunderbird as my main client. I 
setup Outlook just to become familiar with it.

Everyone seems to be attempting "Dumbed Down Software". It drives me 
nuts. When it works it can be great. When it doesn't fixing/adjusting it 
can be really hard or even impossible.

Meanwhile... trash folders:

I've looked around in several places and beyond Trash and trash, the 
only other common trash folders I've found so far are:

Deleted Messages
Deleted Items

Of course handling 'Junk' and 'Junk E-mail' folders would be another 
area to deal with. I've found some of these that are pretty huge with 
very old emails in them. It is my understanding that keeping only the 
last month or few is all you need and that more can be counterproductive 
since the spam techniques have changed. I haven't read a lot on this 
lately, so that might be too little.
