Unfortunately there is no locking on Webmin that would prevent this - also, it's kind of tricky to implement, because if someone opened the file and then just closed their browser, Webmin would have no way of knowing that the lock should be released.The only thing we could do is warn the second user if the file was modified by someone else before saving, to protect the guy who saved first,
