WebObjects 4.5.1 - Services not showing up in Services Control Panel

Has anyone ever seen this? After installing WebObjects 4.5.1 (deployment), the Apple Services do not show up in the Services Control Panel? Any suggestions/workarounds are greatly appreciated! - mps
