Hi,

I have succeeded in installing WO on a linux platform. ( Apache 1.3 )
( not so difficult when you understand why it doesn't work... )
However, through Monitor I can't get the application.
The web application is launch and is accessible directly, but not with =
the adaptor.

Do you have any clue?

Best Regards,
Matthias

PS : Do you have information about compiling Adaptor for Apache 2.0 ?

Matthias,

you didn't provide us with much detail... I'll try from the top of my =20
head...

A few problems in installing WO 5.2 on Linux using Solaris "binaries":
You should definitely use a 1.4.2 JRE from Sun and remove everything =20
that's pre-installed.
RedHat distributions by default do not have compress utility =20
installed, so the install script will fail.
There is no gnutar by default on RedHat, just make a link to tar.
It's not easy to compile WO Adaptor for Apache 2.0, if you use Apache =20
1.3.33 it will be much easier!

We have lots of Linux deployments and everything is working perfectly!

Please be more explicit with the problem and I'll try to do my best =20
to help you!
