Hello, i need need, any can help pleae?

i need a good documentation to install the Eclips and WOLips
i did that.
1. http://www.objectstyle.org/woproject/wolips_install.html
    i dont know what should i download
     page tell:
     [Download
      Expand the .tar.gz.]
2. on page Download, page say:

ist Computer Abkürzung sehen Sie Babylon(Electroische         Wörterbuch)
                        Punkt 4 die URL ist falsch, weil ich habe die
Original Falsh, es ist nicht mein Browerser gewsen.
                        Punkt 6 ich habe genaz genau "pls" gesagt. ich
meinete bitte damit.
