Yes, by using direct connect it works, thanks. However this obviously is not 
using the web server.

Ah, here I have misled you, sorry. I am indeed starting the application from 
the command line. So can I obtain a URI like:

http://<name>/cgi-bin/WebObjects/HelloWorld

by starting the app from the comand line?
