Which plugin for Postgres 8 wonder or hexdreams

Hello,

I would like to use Posgres 8.x with WO 5.3. I am finding that I can use
wonder plug-in or hexdreams.

It is true?

If so, what is the differents between the two and which one more
supported by the WO community.

Also, is it possible to use mySQL with WO 5.3? Is there an adaptor or
plugin anywhere?
