I have personally used and updated the PostgreSQL plugin from Wonder on 
5.2.3 (not 5.3.2 - i would not see that as a problem though). My feeling 
is that the Wonder one is more supported and most updated.

MySQL does not need a special plugin to work as one comes part of 
WebObjects. All you need are the drivers.
