Developer Tools 1.5 on G5 problems

Hello,
We have had some problems with Xcode 1.5 and Dual 2GHz Desktop. The machines were downgraded from 10.4 to 10.3.9 to keep compatibility with other people with older machines. We are now having problems with WO Builder not being able to find any Xcode projects. I  have found this problem in the lists [opened a .wo file from Xcode WO Builder can't see and objects and displays message "could not find project"]. I have tried the given solution [quit WOBuilder, close project, reopen project, double click .wo file]. This has not worked. I have also tried running xcodeindex which thrown this error:

xcodeindex[4112] *** NSThread: ignoring exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException' (reason '*** -[NSCFSet addObject:]: attempt to insert nil') that raised during delayed perform of target 0x3c5570 and selector '_doIndexing:'


So if there is anything that we can do to get around this that would be great.
