WO 5.3.1 developments must be done with Xcode on OS X, so instead of  
paying $699 for WO, you spend it on a Mac Mini and get a useful  
machine. 5.3.1 systems can be deployed on "any compatible system" if  
I recall the wording correctly. Those who are developing for Windows  
would be able to advise you better.

Even if you couldn't deploy on Windows, that wouldn't be a blow –  
there's never been a better time to ditch Windows for Mac, and it's  
getting better all the time. But WO Windows support is good to ease  
the transition.
