In your dream, you don't explain to Steve what the advantages of open- 
sourcing WO would be.  Heck, you didn't even mention the halo effect  
to him!  You just told him that you thought that WO needs to be open- 
source -- not a compelling presentation.

Now go back to sleep and have that dream again!  ;)
