I did not want to force the use of WOF by that time, so the team used what they were used to. Then we started the other system (much bigger and critical) we decided to use WOF, mainly influenced by my dev experience in WO (since 97 - WO2 ObjectiveC). Later on and based on the second team results in productivity and reuse, the first team chose Tapestry to replace the JSP layer. Today, after 3 years of development we are convinced that WOF is superior than Tapestry in terms of productivity and reuse (we came out with our own framework as you might suspect). In terms of what you can produce with each tool I am confident that they are both equally effective. Still I prefer to stick with WOF if Apple wants to maintain it :-) cheers, Alejandro M.
