Wow, this looks like real progress for WO! What does this actually
mean "WebObjects developer tools are now included with the Xcode
Tools?" I would guess we're trying to read too much into this, but
it is exciting to see the changes that have/are taking place today.
Probably just a new effort to get WO out and in the hands of
developers, particularly since Xcode is going to be swallowed up so
quickly, this is a good chance to get some _good_ marketing in for WO.

That's also means that 5.3 will only run on 10.4.
