WO 5.3 Deployment OS X only concerns

Does anybody have any concerns now that WebObjects 5.3 deployment is only officially supported on OS X?

I personally have no issue limiting development to OS X. However, the ability to deploy on Solaris and/or Windows allowed WO to be considered by companies committed to those deployment platforms. I know that 5.3 should still work (assuming you buy OS X server to get the legal deployment key), but the fact that these platforms are not officially supported will surely scare off anybody not already committed/locked-in to WO.
