Looking for a WebObjects Guru

We're an Application Systems Provider startup. The founders are sales  
and marketing executives with a long track record of success. We are  
looking for a seasoned WO type who is interested in jumping onto a  
fast moving train. Initial development has been underway for sometime  
now and the long term needs dictate that we find an in-house WO Guru.  
We have been showing prototypes of our WO application into several  
markets and user reception has been far above even our wildest  
expectations.

As we approach Beta for our backbone module we want to find someone  
who wants to OWN the project and help us polish existing services.  
The right person will also help us manage third party developers who  
have developed all components to date.

The WO Guru's desired living location is no isse so long as you are a  
self starter and can make it happen. We currently use iChat, email,  
and various web communications methods to link our members as a  
cohesive team.

Salary options include a solid base with highly motivational bonuses  
paid on meeting milestones. If you are new to WO don't apply. If you  
are looking for a retirement job this is not the place. If you love  
WO and are interested in attacking a HUGE project with an untapped  
market opportunity, then this just might be the ticket.
