And the most important ones for us (as a commercial company making a  
choice about which framework to use):

* 18 months ago Apple wouldn't accept our money for a license of EOF  
for our project (there was no haggling over price - it just couldn't  
happen at any price).
* I am still not certain whether Apple allows us to redistribute EOF  
embedded within an application
* Cayenne (Andrus in particular) fixes bugs and implements new  
features in time periods measured in days and weeks, not years as is  
the case with EOF.
* If we really need a feature we can write it or commission someone  
to write it for us within Cayenne itself.

Sure, Cayenne is missing some EOF things. But not that many we care  
about.
