WebObjects JavaConverter?

Hello,
   I'm working on a project to convert an Objective C WebObjects applicatio=
n to Java.  I have searched on Apple's web site for several hours and altho=
ugh I can find many references to JavaConverter I can't find the software a=
nd it doesn't seem to be include in the current release of xcode 2.5.  Plea=
se point me in the right direction.
