Hi Roger, It was never available for download. It came with WebObject 5.0 (I think, maybe with 4.5 too) but is no longer distributed. Ask on the Dev list, maybe someone has a copy lying around that they can send you. If you have an ADC membership (paid) you can probably ask Apple to dig up a copy for you.
