ERJGroupsSynchronizer - Failed to configure remote synchronization

Hi everyone,
I'm trying so setup ERJGroupsSynchronizer in one of my application but cannot figure it out.  I'm using the following configuration which seems to be correct, however I'm getting the error below on startup.  Anyone can give me a hint?
