Ponder: User Two Factor Auth....

In my last two apps, I have been controlling users through an administration part of the app.

However, I want to learn a bit more as I go forward as I see a day soon where users will be able to sign up by themselves.

First Question:

I have a new user pageConfiguration. Since you are using two factor authorization, should 
I have a checkbox and some logic to send the user a confirmation click email? Since I just
quickly created my own user I haven't needed to send a confirmation email. But now I want 
to to learn the roundtrip of the framework.

Is there some component I need to include or delegate to reference to allow for confirmations?
