That's what I was thinking, Clemens, an RSS summary of the recent
changes.  There could be another special WikiName like "RSS" that
creates and returns the XML.  A more sophisticated version might stick
the XML in a file and create new XML only if the file is of a certain
age.

I'm not sure how meaningful a summary can be made automatically.  The
page title and the date and time of change are easy.  Perhaps that's
enough for a first pass.
