ok for pages not having a summary line.  a summary would be a good
extension to awkiawki.  then we have the option for putting automatic
summaries into the RSS feed or *only* pages users supplied a summary line
for.  i'd prefer the latter provided users know where the *optional*
summaries are intended to show up.

thus people can correct typos and make minor changes vs. updates they want
others to know about.  discussions, on the other hand, which are important
to a number of people, could fork off of a discussion page.  these don't
neccessarily have to be summarized on RSS.
