OK, I took the bait I set for all of you. I hacked an RSS generator out of the code that creates the RecentUpdates page. There is a new special page, RssPage. When it's accessed, AwkiAwki generates RSS 2.0 XML that contains for each AwkiAwki page, the name of the page, the URL of the page, and the time that the page changed. I think the RSS is version 2.0. I used the RSS XML output of the Python Desktop Server as my guide. I'm not sure how good the XML is. The knewsticker (v0.20) included with KDE (v3.2.3-1.0.1.kde) in Redhat Fedora won't display any news from my wiki. Snownews 1.5.2 displays all the news from my wiki. I can't tell which one is broken. Fetch the hack at your convenience. It's at http://www.onespeeddave.com. There's a link right on the front page.
