OK... that seems to be better for sure, actually I don't think the
refresh idea is good to keep even as an option. It would be cool if
there also was a short confirmation message at the top of the screen
after saving - like "<hr>saved TestPage<hr>".

Some interface ideas for your site. Personally I very much prefer to
have the "save" button above the text area. Reason being that I have a
laptop and my browser windows aren't very big, and when the save
button is on the bottom of the page, I can't find it without
scrolling. I think it's better to have it so that you can instantly
see it.
