Oh my! It never occurred to me that my version would be considered as a 
base for the "official" distribution. I just made it available, along 
with notes on what I did, in the spirit of sharing. For those who are

Please note, it doesn't include some of the most recent features in 
Oliver's version, such as RCS, and it doesn't have a page history 
feature.

I haven't looked at the code in a couple of years. I'll do that, today, 
and post any other items of note to the list.

Also, there are things that I did that I wouldn't do, today. So, I'm 
not sure that my code makes a good base for the future. I'll try to be 
more specific in my next message.
