Initial Comment:
1.2.2 outputs `contents="index,follow"' for FrontPage
and TitleIndex only.
This is not enough when config.page_front_page has been
redefined to something else.

(I do not use FrontPage as page_front_page because
FrontPage
is internationalized and I cannot maintain an
internalized version
of my page_front_page in all the languages MoinMoin
supports.)
