Disallow some characters in wiki page names

Hello Reini, I would like to disallow some characters in wiki page names (commas that create many problems, e.g. for backlinks and page renaming, "<" and ">"). I tried in stdlib "function isValid" but it does not seem to work (called too late?). What is the best way to do this?
