Update [was Re: New Navigation Menu]

Well, the navigation menu now covers the entire site, and its CSS was fixed. I 
also removed the old navigation menu. 

However, I seem to have run into a problem. There are several files in the 
thewml.org served tree that end with .phtml. I assume they are server-side 
ePerl files, but the web-server is not configured to let them run. (not even 
if they are executable). Without this configuration their source along with 
the embedded Perl is displayed.

Mr. Engelschall, can you configure Apache to serve these ePerl files as ePerl?
