Update: More Pages Converted to New Navigation Menu + Site Submissions Now Works

Hi all!

I converted the rest of the site to the new navigation menu, and also modified 
it to add more sub-entries. Hopefully, everything will be nice and consistent 
from now on. (and more lightweight, too).

Finally, the user examples' submission form:

Is now working. It needed a .cgiemail URL to be processed by the server, so I 
opted to temporarily host it on another site, at least until Ralf gets his 
act together. The rest of the .phtml pages are not operational, yet. (For 
this I need an administrator intervention).

So feel free to submit your sites!
