Hi Jan,

well you got the syntax a bit wrong ...

       =B7 ifneq "S""V"
               "string1" "string2" "then-clause" "[else-clause]"

so the line should be

<ifneq "" ""
 "is true"
 "is false" />

and

<ifneq <get-var REFRESH/> ""
 "is true"
 "is false" />

that shold work ...
