Thank you. Yes with the "" it works. wml1.74 worked with
and without those quotes. Still it is not very consequent

<ifneq <get-var foo/> ... />

works with and without quotes around <get-var>.

Do you know, is wml still supported. The website has not
seen any updates for a long time. e.g. it returns some
internal server errors, when trying to access the ml-archives.
