WML status?

Can I ask what the release status of WML really is? I see from 
http://thewml.org/ that 2.0.10 was slated for last November but didn't 
appear. Is WML a zombie project? or is 2.0.9 just plain perfect? :)

I would check the mailing list archive to see if this has been asked and 
answered before but unfortunately it looks like the archiving cron job 
died over a year ago.

Happy enough with 2.0.9 but just interested to know what the future 
might hold....
