conflict errors

hi,

we have now about 30000 students aktive in our 
studentregistration-portal and get under heavy load an increasing number 
of conflict errors.
Since nearly all students work on their own objects, it is very unlikely 
that there is a conflict on the object itself.
the errors show up in the event.log like this:

My question is how can I find out from this entry, where the actual 
conflict happens ?
