Split off b) below into a separate issue: #2308.

Resolving this one as COPY and MOVE have been fixed. See follow-up issues.

Fixed on 2.9 branch in r73501.

Fixed on 2.10 branch in r73500.

Fixed on trunk in r73499.

Note: Tests live in OFS.tests as they are closely related to tests for copy/paste, cut/paste, etc.

Two oddities remain:

a) ObjectCopiedEvent is (apparently) not forwarded to sublocations. I have no idea if this is intentional.

b) Event handlers for sublocations are called *before* the handler for the container. While this is ok for ObjectRemovedEvent, for Add/Move/Clone I would have expected sublocations to be notified *after* the container. Again, no idea if this is intentional.

Look at OFS/tests/testCopySupportEvents.py to see what I mean.

This is kind of a follow-up to #2169.

Looks like webdav.Resource.COPY and webdav.Resource.MOVE were overlooked when adding events in Zope 2.9.

webdav.Resource.COPY does not fire ObjectCopiedEvent, and webdav.Resource.MOVE doesn't fire any relevant event at all.

I intend to tackle this before Sunday's deadline.
