This one is on me: the tests for out-of-bounds keys / wraparound are
failing on Windows, presumably because of 32/64-bit differences.

No idea what cased this failure: the package hasn't changed since
February. The test shows extraneous whitespace in the output, compared
to the expected output.

No idea here: the doctest output from the run of bin/buldout shows:
Getting distribution for 'BTrees>=4.0.0dev,<4.1dev'.
Error: Couldn't find a distribution for 'BTrees>=4.0.0dev,<4.1dev'.
AFAICT, the Windows eggs for BTrees 4.0.1 have been available since the
day of its release.
